Amazing interview with strong & experienced team lead.
Very quick response. Friendly & open process. No hidden pitfalls. Interviewer helped me when I was getting confused and stressed, didn't pressure me
30 min introduction call, asked about my previous experiences and how I am motivated by the job, I had to talk about me, what I studied, previous positions and what languages I enjoy working on.
Overall the interviewer was very nice and attentive

Very quick feedback/follow up. First was a call with HR, then a 30 minute white board interview with tech lead. Last step is another hour technical interview (more verbal discussions on past experiences etc)
