Straightforward, swift, direct which is highly appreciated. However after being told that I did not get the role, as a candidate I wanted to follow up on where I fell short and how I could improve.
Zero response, nothing, it's as if you're out, they don't even care that you're still adamant on wanting to be part of the Ubisoft team. No reasons why, even when writing to the interviewer.

J’ai eu une très bonne impression lors de l’entretien avec les RH. L’entretien était bien organisé et la personne en charge du recrutement était professionnelle. Malgré le fait que ma candidature n’ait finalement pas été retenue, je garde une impression très positive de cet échange.

Très bon recruteur, professionnel, bien briefé sur l'offre, deux rounds d'entretien avec des interlocuteurs de qualité.
Bilan très positif, des échanges dans les deux sens, une proposition de valeur employés bien communiquée et une reflexion sur la mission aboutie.
