I was well informed at each step, good communication by the HR. The main interview was done in a professional and relaxed way. There was a real interest in my experience & work with challenging but fair questions and I felt listened to and understood.

First meeting was with an HR rep to see if the fit aligns. Second interview was with 2 team members asking fairly general questions and discussing the job, roles responsibilities. Did not make it to the third round, but if I can remember, at the time there was no requirement for design challenges.
