It was really long and arduous, but the interviewers were quite friendly. They still have an archaic interview process where they make you write a long essay about your past and do a puzzle test.

First an extremely long written interview that takes anywhere from 6-12 hours, then an IQ test and programming test. Once you pass all that, you have done a significant commitment. Then they will consider putting you in for human interview.
Difficult. Lots of leetcode and open ended questions. Managers seem cool and reassuring. I know for sure that they were young and haven’t really had enough experience to interviewing and hiring. This was a start up so I guess that’s why but still need more benefits and perks
