Horrible experience. No professionalism. Recruiter says your interview went great and you will be flying for next rounds. All of a sudden I get automated rejection mail. No proper response even on follow up. I understand the scenarios change and employer can say no any time. But after couple of months of efforts from my side, rejecting with automated mail is too harsh. The recruiter who was working my process had left the job.
