The interview process is very stringent, but does do a great job finding only qualified employees. You have to take a grammar and spelling test, no matter the position applied for. This may seem unreasonable to some, but in a professional work environment having correct spelling and grammar is not unreasonable at all. You then will meet with the executive board including the CEO for a panel interview.
