Applied online, received an email from a website called HackerRank on the following day for an online test. However, the test was for a Customer Success Manager. Thought these are similar roles so took the test anyway.
The test has 10 logic/maths type multiple choice questions and 2 programming questions. This type of quiz is okay by itself but not in this context. This test just can't really test the experience and skills required for this job. The test allows 90 minutes to complete and cannot be paused. Though not perfect, I believe I did fairly well with the test. A few hours after completing the test, I was informed via email saying that they won't proceed further with my application for this role after evaluating my test score. However, my actual test score was not mentioned in the email.
As mentioned by the other posters, it seems that every applicant was requested to take an online test of some sort irrespective of the job nature. If the recruiting team keep using this approach to screen the applicants, they will find it increasing difficult to find matching candidates for the positions if they only interview those who scored 100% in the online test.

I had 6 rounds of interview, process took almost 8 weeks (including offer negotiations).

- Behavioural interview with a director
- Behavioural interview with a senior director
- Interview with a VP
Everyone was friendly and professional, and answered all the questions I had.

Processo seletivo demorou um pouco mais de um mês com todas as etapas/entrevistas necessárias. Processo foi muito transparente e com entrevistas e perguntas que fizeram muito sentido. Recrutadora deu visibilidade de expectativas e duração do processo desde o primeiro contato

Initially the Recruiter was very good and communicated well in advance. I had one technical round for about an hour. The interviewer was very good and asked ton of behavioral questions and some technical questions. Only negative was after multiple follow ups I wasn't told if I was being considered for further rounds or no. Felt disappointed that I wasn't communicated because I wasn't selected.
