First I was asked to solve an online test. I was an IQ test(non technical) similar to a Mensa test (see Google). 15 questions in 45 minutes, from home , from my computer. After I got a good score I received an invitation to an interview at UiPath office. There I meet with the HR representative, which started to ask me about my experience ....it was a free discussion. After 40 minutes , joined us another female colleague who presented herself only with her name (no clue about her role in the company)...and she started to ask me the same questions to which I already answered few minutes before. She seemed in a hurry and very expeditious, and if I have any more questions to ask. Then she said she is the manager from the sales department. Anyway all the interaction with her wasn't longer than 5 minutes. Overall the interview it was poor organizer and very unprofessional since it didn't start in the same time with both of them and put me the same questions that I answered before ....so i had to repeat just because one of them was late. Apparently the HR representative was useless , her role was just to warm up the candidate, cause after her" colleague" showed up, she didn't say anything else.
