Automatic Hire if you pass the WSI certification class that they offer. I never had a real interview! As long as you are a decent human being during the class you will be hired. All they really want to see is that you have a competence with a variety of swim techniques, that you are respectful, and that you have the ability to teach a wide variety of age groups.
