Multiple pre-interview assessments including a behavioral exam, pattern matching exam, logic/math exam, customer service exam. Standard video call with HR recruiter, going over resume. Recruiter was kind and kept in touch during pre-interview assessments and after interview.
HR call initially, followed by an On-Campus interview. After this, they had an on-site visit with four back-to-back interviews, as well as a tour of the company and its warehouses.

The interview process is subpar once you hop onto a call with the recruiter for a behavioral interview it seems to be going good and they ask you questions about your experience and what you are experienced with. They mostly mention a lot of different technologies you should be familiar with. I say it is average because they said they would get back within a week and I thought i did good in the interview but I had to follow up with them like a month after for a response.

15 minute call, then scheduled a day to go to headquarters where they give you details about Uline's history and work life. Then you do 4 back-to-back 30 minute interviews to end the day.
