The application process was long as I had to fill out the online application and 4 links that led to different assessments. It was a lot of work to do before the initial interview itself. The interview with the recruiter was quick and I was asked very generic questions that were printed out on a piece of paper - nothing specific about myself really. Then I was dismissed just as quickly even though I am qualified for the position. The recruiter told me they keep the application process open as long as needed until they find the right fit so this might have been up for months. Not very encouraging. No followup after that either, just the typical rejection letter.
