I get the feeling Uline just pumps applicants through there system. You will probably waste your time here. They are always interviewing. They start out by having you take a test of observation then an interview.

There are two steps in total. First step is phone call from HR for pre screening to enquire and confirm about job application. After few days, received call for next round and the final round happened in office with Hiring manager and HR.

You must do 4 online assesments prior to your interview. This is followed by numbers assessments, a group interview, and then individual interviews. All of these interviews are pretty standard fare. The numbers assessments aren't hard. The pre-interview assessments cover a variety of topics.
Two short numerical quizzes, 4 minutes each, followed by one on one interview with a member of HR. Good process to discover if candidates have potential to work within the warehouse.
