4 personality tests and a writing sample. All sales related. Did not make any sense for the job description. There were not set questions, more of a job overview and workload conversation. Did not get any sense this was a HRM position whatsoever.

5 hours on 3 different occasions of testing. Testing that was made of of basic capabilities that anyone with experience would have to know. An hour long video interview followed by a 2.5 hour long on-site interview. Then crickets.. it’s been weeks and heard nothing. Assuming they’ve moved on and I’ve accepted another offer.
