Before you even have an interview they send you some personality quizzes via email, then you go to their Branch and do a typing test. After that the First interview lasted about 20 minutes and the questions were the common ones like "describe yourself" "strenghts and weaknesses"

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
