I initially applied for this job as it sounded very good, but then I went through a very odd and mechanical interview process.
The first interview was a phone interview from a junior person that basically wanted to see if I had a pulse. Asked very elementary questions more appropriate for 16 year olds looking for seasonal work rather than seasoned sales professionals. They asked me to complete three assessments which were fairly straightforward.
Next stage was an in person interview where they asked very similar questions to the phone interview. Way too scripted, impersonal and mechanical. Multiple more assessments including timed logic tests, and word and excel tests were conducted. After this I was sent an email saying they have a more suitable candidate in mind, so I have to assume I failed some of their tests which had no reflection on my sales ability at all. Being able to create a pivot table does not make you a great sales manager.
During a break from one of the tests I spoke to the office manager who was telling me that the owners determine everything and there is no empowerment or opportunity for suggestion.

No difficult questions at all. The key is to pass the tests.

Started by completing 4 online assessments asking general personality questions and sales related questions all of which took over an hour to complete. When I arrived to the facility, I was asked to fill out a paper application which apparently I was supposed to complete before and bring with me, despite the fact that I had completed an online application. I was then put in a room and asked to do two additional assessments that seemed to be testing my counting/math skills and whether I could read numbers accurately. I was then moved to a second very small room where I was interviewed by someone in HR. It did feel like this is a revolving door of interviews as there were at least 4 other candidates cycling through the process at the same time. Overall, it felt like a big time investment with the multiple assessments and paperwork and then only briefly meeting with someone in HR (not the direct hiring manager).

3 tests: 1 writing test where you need to summarize a paragraph in point form. Another test with 200 questions in 4 minutes where you need to check off whether 2 random numbers match or not. The 3rd test has 30 questions in 4 minutes where you need to determine the next 2 numbers in a patterned sequence of numbers.
This testing is followed by a 1 on 1 interview with the HR manager. After this, they inform you whether you qualify or not for a 2nd interview with sales management.

Online assessment followed by In person assessment and the then the in person interview. Everything seems to be easy going but did not get the feedback on the assessments. Final email was sent to me after 2 weeks of applying.
