Uline has an intensive personality testing program. However, their on-site interviews are lacking. We took an onsite aptitude test and then had one-on-one interviews. The actual interview was short. I might as well have not brought my resume along as I was not asked any questions about it, and Uline only seemed interested in my most recent part-time job.
