I receive a phone interview and an email from one of their recruiters requiring me to complete 4 assessments and a long application which I need to complete and bring with me to the face-to-face interview. They indicated to me on the phone interview that I would need to take more tests and meet with another person - who is another HR recruiter. I thought to myself - "what company spends so much time and money doing somethng like that?" I ended up canceling the face-to-face interview and decide to move on to the next employer.
