The process was okay. They had us come in and do two tests at a table with others . They say the test doesn’t go against you but that’s BS. Someone who works there even said they use their test to determine if they want you or not and not to skip one question because they automatically disqualifies you. After that, they have seat at one of the multiple chairs they had lined up and continue with the interviews right in front of everyone else while they’re either being interviewed too or waiting to be next . I was lucky to go into an actual room one on one when I did it . I don’t want a whole room of 20 other people listening to how I answer my questions . That’s distracting and nerve wrecking . I did really good in the interview and the lady even said she’d pass my information to HR. I’m assuming I didn’t do the test up t there “standards” considering everything else went well . Their loss because they’re losing a lot of people with good work ethics . I ended up getting a better job elsewhere with better pay anyways . So it all worked out at the end .
