Extremely in depth for what it is. Multiple steps and stupid questionnaires/tests to do a mediocre job. Anyone can answer phone calls and emails they act like it is so challenging. They mainly rely on test scores and background to extend an offer, not the interview itself. Half the time when you walk into the interview they know if they will extend an offer or not before even meeting you.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
