Respectful, but clinical and cold. The pre-interview test was strange and taken with other applicants… for a sales position. Most questions were about the company history asked in a verbal test format. I understand they are looking to see if you’re competent and did research on the company, but I felt limited opportunity to talk about how I help clients and produce sales.

interview then a few tests that checked my math and pattern skills. they also made me do some online exams before the interview. it seemed very professional and super quick and simple to get through.

The interview process was great and I felt supported the whole time. My interviewer was great and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, they made sure to let me know a timeline and include the next steps
