Colloquio
Invitation to take online tests -> short HR interview -> short engineer interview -> onsite interview at HQ -> decision All in, it took just over two months. The final decision took very long for some reason in my case, ~3 weeks after final interviews. 1st interview is about 15-20 minutes, 2nd is ~30 minutes, onsite is a full day where most of the day they walk you through the HQ and have you take some aptitude test, then 4 interviews 30 minutes each. They give a bunch of tests after applying which are behavioral (i.e. Jung personality type), some salesman tests for some reason, then Word, Excel, and Access proficiency tests, all pretty weird for a SWE to be tested on.

Domanda 1
Why are you interested in Uline? Walkthrough of some prior projects and how they functioned, prior experiences in classwork, etc.
Straight forward and an average interview process. I went in unprepared but anyone that had some time to prep would have done well. They don't do anything special besides have a normal interview.

Colloquio
Super corporate vibes off the bat. Had me doing basic math quizzes, basic intelligence tests, etc. Interviewer was online, but I had to show up in person...? Super basic interview, asked me about school, classes, projects, why us, etc

Colloquio
2 rounds of interviews. First was walk through resume. Second was more in depth about projects I have on my resume. It may differ depending on how you apply. I applied through handshake.
