The interview was about 30 minutes long, and the recruiter that I met with was very professional. I was asked a few questions and ended up with a positive outlook on Uline as a company.
There were two interviews conducted, one with the recruiter and one with the database manager. The questions were behavioral in both interviews but the second interview included some medium difficulty technical questions.

You have to fill out some online assessments, personality-based and Uline email writing style. Then you go in and take some paper assessments, pattern and number identifying. Then you talk with the HR rep. I thought it went well but I never heard back.
