The interview was with a "campus" recruiter and i was told that I don't get another interview unless the information they relay to a proper recruiter gets approved to continue, they also contacted me very late after the first interview.

phone interview. Then "in-person" interview in satellite office in Milwaukee, except it was a virtual interview. When you get there they have you take a couple timed cognitive tests, then you have a virtual interview with guy on a tv.
Uline has an outdated policy of having women wear tights and skirts to work. That does not align with my values. Other parts of the interview were not particularly memorable.
