Colloquio
There are mainly 4 steps. At first written test, then interview, after that training period of 7 days and if you completed all the steps, you will be called for managerial interview. I was got rejected at the final round.

Mainly behavioural questions, such as How do you control your anger? Tell me a time when you had managed a huge workload.
Technical interview which was followed by a written exam. Selected candidates for written exam are called for technical interview. Interview took place at their head office Baridhara DOHS. 2 Engineer of that respective dept. took that interview for 35-40 mins.

It was smooth. They asked basic questions related to Layout and also about my BSc thesis. Then they asked that weather I am ok to work there for long time (atleast 2-3 years) or not. They asked basic VLSI related questions.
