Meeting at Starbuck's having a cup of coffee with my district manager. Very happy with the outcome was hired. It took a little over an hour asking regular interview questions and learning about the company. Also learning about each other. Great interview

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
