Cindy went over my questionnaire results with me and said my score was really good. She did not ask me questions about my experience, only my flexibility. She said she was so desperate that she will just hire me.

I met with two managers. They were very nice and the interview was relatively easy. I found out after getting there that they only wanted someone about 12 hours a week and they didn't even know what the schedule would be, but I would need to be available every weekend. I felt they should have known more of what they were looking for and the days. I wanted more hours and wasn't going to be willing to leave every weekend open for only 12 hours a week when I was giving full availability for every weekday. It just wasn't what I was looking for and wish I had known ahead of time the limited hours they wanted so I hadn't wasted either of our time.
