Submitted resume online. Got an email the next day to select a time for phone screening. Had phone screening. Was told my resume would be presented to DM. Never heard back for weeks. Then got a canned rejection letter. Let’s treat women better!
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
