Conversation with recruiter over the phone to set up initial interview. Had first interview with the recruiter and then had a secondary over the phone interview with the district manager. Then had a third interview with a different district manager. Then had a face to face interview with the district manager. Then a couple of days later the recruiter called with a job offer.
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
