Interview process was simple, just make sure you can describe actual examples that back up the answers you're providing. For example, instead of saying "I am good at developing team members" say "An example of a when I developed a team member is _____"
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
