I did 1 group interview with about 4 other candidates. Two of us were later hired for two associate positions. I was offered a full time position after the interview, but I decided I wanted to stay part time.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
