basic interview questions, very friendly managers that made it comfortable, two people were interviewing me at the same time so it took the pressure off a bit. Questions asked were about strengths and weaknesses. Also asked about hobbies, and why you were interested in working for ulta.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
