Hiring was relatively easy, apply online and walk into the store and let them know that you have applied. It also helps if you do have some product knowledge and things like that. The interview is very simple as well, it was more of a formality than anything else really. Especially if you have developed a relationship with the store that you are applying to.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
