Simple. They interviewed me in a reasonable amount of time. They were pretty quick in making decisions after the interview. I was offered my position shortly after the interview and accepted. I began work for them on the weekends as I was transitioning from out of state.

They mostly wanted to make sure that I would fit in personality-wise. They were concerned about a diverse group of folks who worked there and asked questions about how I felt working with all different kinds of people.
