Start with a HR screening call, he just went through a checklist of skills without actually knowing what they are. I had an actual interview with a program manager, managing multiple teams. No technical or behavior questions involved, just sharing work experiences. The manager is nice to talk to, nothing intense during the interview. But i did not get the job. I am not qualified for the job anyways, it needs a lot of new and specific tech.

The interview process is quiet long. The interviewer asked personal questions (personality, work ethics, idealism) instead of law questions because the law questions have been covered in the legal test. The interview is in English
