Very unprofessional for a organisation that provides Financial services. A company that does not value its people can be clearly seen from the interview process. The company has no regard for people’s time. The interview process is about 4 stages, with the last stage interviewing with the CEO. After an interview with the manager and a rigorous Assessment case study, I moved to the 3rd stage with an interview with the Vice President of Operations which was very interactive and engaging, He provided a 48 hour time frame to provide feedback but ghosted and up till date no response. Please note this interview has been around 3 months. The company should do better. If the leadership team can act in such manner, it goes to tell the culture and values of such an organisation, and what they really stand for.

The interview process at Uncapped is well-structured and efficient. The first stage is a with hiring manager, followed by an assessment if successful and then second stage interview, last stage with the CEO. The process is streamlined, with short, focused sessions and the assessment allows them to gauge candidates’ skills quickly and effectively - which I found very positive. HR kept me consistently informed throughout, making the experience even better.

Asked general competency questions to understand skills and approach. One key type of question involved decision-making scenarios and some questions assessed my ability to analyse financial trade-offs and make reasoned decisions.
