Thanks for reaching back out to share your feedback on your experience interviewing with our team last year. We never like to hear that anyone encountered difficulty during their interview process, and our team actively works to improve the process each year. In our seasonal hiring efforts last year, due to the large volume of candidates we took attendance and this caused the delays you mentioned.
This year we are able to have 1:1 meetings virtually so there is no wait time. We also have clear job descriptions with all essential repsonsibilities listed. At times, if we are able to find other opportunities to embed in the responsibilities of a candidate, we may ask questions pertaining to leadership. This certainly would never disqualify a candidate if the role does not have leadership as an essential responsibility.
