Applied online and got a reply the following day. I was given a lesson plan which I had 15 mins to prepare to present. Got a content test after and I also did a traditional sit down interview.

The interview process was long but very thorough. You get a walk through of the school, meet other staff. You then conduct your demo lesson and then the interview follows. You are given feedback on the demo lesson. The interview lasted approximately 4 hours.
