Pretty standard interview process at the beginning. Phone screened with a senior HR person which was refreshing as he was professional and fair. Then spoke to two other managers including the hiring manager. Two weeks later we finally arranged the face to face. HQ was a pretty cool building and location. Initially met with a junior HR person who then informed me that i was not interviewing for what we had been talking about but a completely different position which threw me for a huge loop. Then I met with a bunch of designers, PM's and others. All the questions were fairly typical interview questions with the exception of tech fabric (they're a very techy company) questions which weren't that big of a deal given my background. You could tell most of the interviewers did not review your qualifications and did not even know what you were there for so it made it easy but a bit frustrating. Aside from it being a little disorganized and the fact that I did not get to meet with the original hireing manager or HR person (they were both out of town) it was a fairly standard interview. Good people, not as laid back as other sports, outdoor or action sports industries (tuck in your shirt and look pro) but not a super high presure interview.

Very interesting . It took about an hour to have the interview with HR and department head. They were both really nice and the interview went really well. Sounds like it’s a growing company with a lot of potential.
