Phone screen with recruiter. Call with hiring manager to answer behavioral questions. Flown out to the office and met with an interview panel: product, design, legal, integrated marketing. Had 5 back to back interviews without breaks. Was told that the hiring manager wanted to make an immediate decision and would let me know the outcome within a week. I never heard back and contacted the recruiter and hiring manager multiple times. They mentioned that I should stay tuned for next steps and then ghosted.
