I went into the Job fair so I didn't have very much of an interview. I sat down and talked with the store manager and district manager and they were both very nice. They wanted to get to know me, what my work experiences were, and my life long aspirations.

Didn't really have any, didn't even feel like an interview.
We take forever to make a decision and sometimes jobs just disappear and no one can answer why. HR is not very responsive to the candidate or the interviewer. UA has a long way to go in the hiring process.

Prospective applicants were notified by email that they had been selected for the next level of application which would be a recorded video of the applicant responding on camera to a series of pre recorded questions. There was a time limit to answer the questions, which was not too restrictive, but the format was very uncomfortable.

Colloquio
I applied online through the company's website. I received a "You got the interview" email. Thirst first interview is done via computer or cell phone/tablet (anything with a webcam). You are given 4 questions to answer and you are video recorded. After you answer and record your answers, you hit the submit button. I am waiting to see if I passed and pushed to the next stage.
