Received a phone call from Store Manager asking a few preliminary interview questions and scheduled an in person interview at the end of the call. In person interview was a few days later. We discussed my background, what the position would entail, my availability, etc. Then they called a day or so later offering me the position and I started a few days after that.

The interview process was professional, welcoming, and well organised. It usually began with an initial phone screening to discuss my availability, previous retail experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by an in-person interview with the Store Manager, where we spoke about customer service, teamwork, sales targets, and handling different retail situations. The interview focused on communication skills, problem solving, and providing excellent customer experiences. I was also asked behavioural questions about working in a fast-paced environment and achieving sales goals. Overall, the process was friendly, straightforward, and gave me a clear understanding of the company culture and expectations of the role.
