Lengthy interview process but was nice to learn more about the cross-functional partners, teams, and functions of the day-to-day role. This helped me gain a better understanding of company culture and skills required to be successful in role.
video interview it was prompted questions to record and answer and then had time before going to the next question. it was good for online interview that was recorded in segments
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Under Armour nel mese di ott 2015
Colloquio
Submitted my resume through a referral; heard back within two hours from HR for the next step.
They have switched to a video interviewing on-demand system that you can take at any time. The caveat is the on-demand video does not let you re-record and you do not know the questions in advance. You can practice through the system. It is awkward as all hell and not enjoyable.
I was told it was an initial HR interview/phone screen however once I actually started the on-demand video interview I quickly found out it was not. I had very advanced questions that one would expect later on in the interview process. The problem for me, specifically, was that I am switching fields and quite frankly stumbled on the more advanced questions because I wasn't expecting them in the initial round.
My only advice is to prepare for the video interview as if it were 3rd/4th round interview and practice repeatedly with the video recording.
After I submitted my on-demand interview, I heard back from HR within 3 days and I was told they were not proceeding with me and looking for someone with an exact background in X field for the position they were filling.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Some interview questions were pulled directly from the SEC filings-- that was my only saving grace in the on-demand interview because I reviewed the most recent filings before the interview.
