I had a phone Interview with the Director. He describe what he was looking for and the current situation his department was in. He then asked me to tell him a bit about my current day to day responsibilities to see if I was a good fit for the position. He said he thought I was a good fit and wanted to bring me in for a group/panel interview at Corporate. After weeks of not hearing from him, I was told they went with another option.
