After applying, an employee reached out to me interested in setting up an interview and sent me a calendly link. When the day of the interview arrived, I joined the waiting room 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. I could see that someone viewed my application 5min prior to the call. I also noticed at this time that the job title and responsibilities I applied for changed. I waited about 10-15 minutes before I messaged and emailed her asking if we were still meeting. After waiting the entire meeting time and receiving no response, I searched for a phone number. I could only find a HQ number, in which the receptionist stated that she did not recognize the name of the employee I asked about. I checked my messages later to find she blocked me from our conversation. I would’ve understood if something came up or she filled the role, but no communication is extremely disrespectful. Happy it didn’t work out now rather than potentially taking the job and finding out this is how they run business down the line.
