My first interview went well. My second interview which was technical went well. My third interview was a few minutes with the owner who bragged about his company and didn’t know how to conduct an interview or ask the right kind of question, wasn’t prepared for the interview at all. Glances through my resume for the first time in front me. And the interview ended with him answering his accountants phone call. The job was for $18 an hour but I told him $25 while he was on the call with his accountant and he rolled his eyes and that was it. No on contacted me again and nor did I expect them to. The owner is apparently looking for someone to work for low pay and will make you seem like you are not qualified and will act bored and unimpressed with you. This was honestly a waste of time not to mention how disrespectful the owner was if you cant afford to pay people to work for you, don’t waste peoples time.
