Applied on-line received email that I was "one of the best qualified" and requested my availability for a phone screen. Meeting scheduled and no call from Lee. I followed up with an email to ascertain what happened .... crickets. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Employers of course have every right to change their mind about candidates, however communicate the change in a professional and respectful way.
