I interviewed for position of Embedded SW development. Mostly interview focused around the technical experience and based on projects. It was very straightforward process. Soft Skills are of prime importance. The VISA process for issuing work permit is very clean in case of FINLAND. Things to be aware of : - If you are on for UAE location , please think carefully and ask lot of questions around the VISA process. - They plan to bring you on tourist VISA / Visitor VISA to UAE before they can apply for your Work Permit. - For initial days when you do not have your WP , you will be working with them on tourist VISA which is questionable - Issuance of WP is not a clean process in UAE and comes with high risk. The work which is getting done there is definitely of high quality but comes with a risk. Once your WP is through I believe one will be definitely in a very very good position.
