Interviews were mildly difficult and tested functional understanding, no case interviews.

What did you learn from failures?
Face to face interview, one on one, conversation followed by calls from a senior leader to confirm off and appointment. This approach has since been replaced so that all senior appointments are made or ratified by a diverse panel.
