Online assessments, CV and two motivational questions, followed by 1 hour interview, followed by a full day assessment. From application to offer took only 3 weeks! All in all the process did not feel incredibly tough, inspite of extreme selectivity. Interviewers were nice and generally interested in candidates. Speaking to 4 managers during the proces (1 in interview, 3 on assessment day) also taught me a great deal about the company, and helped me in my choice!
