First a phone interview by the HR business partner to establish your knowledge on key areas of the role.
Then a 4 part session along with other candidates. Session is divided into 1. Personal interview. Usually present is the line manager, HR business partner and two other Managers. This interview usually comes last and is done with you alone. 2,3&4. These are conducted for all the candidates together. Involves Reading, comprehension and discussion of an essay; selection of random essay topic and presentation on that issue and finally some test.
Final interview set for another day is with the Finance Director. This is mostly technical.
